So it's just dawned on us (well it hasn't really - it's been apparent for a while) that our blog is getting kinda neglected as of late. Several reasons, but the most key one is the fact we're a bit crap at the minute. That said, our Facebook Page is a hive of wonderfulness and general all kinds of odd car shenanigans (i think we've got a 80s gullwing wide-arch Merc on at the minute) so make sure you head over to our Facebook Page and 'Like' it so we can bombard your newsfeed with semi-interesting stuff.

326 power make, without a doubt, the most badass s-bodies and VIP saloons of anyone in Japan (from a styling point of view at least). We've seen a few oddball cars appear from 'em like Nissan Micras, but this awesome Euro/JDM combo on shop owner Mitsuru haruguchi's Audi A4 is pretty exciting for us VAG fanboys.

The other day, I had the pleasure of driving Regal Autosport's 'Matt Black Bomber' Astra VXR for a Redline cover shoot (more about that in a bit). Now I've driven quite a few VXRs over the last few years and I do genuinely like the cars. They're extremely affordable, fast straight out of the box and, with the help of a company like Regal, the VXR is very easy to tune.

It’s been a couple of days since we held the first Scene-Media x Players BBQ at Meguiar's. With pictures appearing on Facebook and blogs commenting on the day we’re still hugely humbled by how well it went. I mean, we had close to 70 of the UK’s finest cars from a range of scenes unite on a scorching summer day – to achieve that in our first ever gathering is just mind blowing!

Around three or four weeks ago (when the weather was really nice) we decided, along with the Players Crew, that we'd like to throw a BBQ. A quick call to our mates at Meguiar's was put in by Carl Taylor and we had ourselves a venue at their HQ in Daventry. This year, Meguiar's UK is celebrating 10-years of business. It's mad to think that in just a decade this small and dedicated team of people have established themselves as the most engaged and knowledgeable Car Care Company in our land.

Big, loud, in-yer-face American Muscle Cars. Everyone loves 'em, right? Even die-hard JDM fans like us. Thing is, while we love a classic Mustang, what really gets us going is the properly ridiculous ones... like this Camaro from southrnfresh.com. Who says 'Murdered Out' is dead? Maybe on Civics and Skylines, but it looks PROPERLY mean on this Chevy.
